Our content marketing team is growing! We’re looking for an independent + creative digital marketer who is driven by the highest standards of quality and professionalism. The creative content producer will support and drive creative client efforts including copywriting, production design, and content marketing strategy. This role supports the Br8kthru team by wearing many other ‘hats’ as needed in a growing marketing + technology company.

Creative Content Producer Responsibilities + Areas of Focus

Overview

The Digital Content Producer is responsible for designing, formatting, and implementing visual elements for client campaigns, as well as developing, editing, and publishing content for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, email marketing campaigns, ad campaigns, social media posts, whitepapers, and more.  This role is intentionally a hybrid between content creation + visual asset development. 

The Digital Content Producer position is an opportunity for an experienced candidate to take on an early-stage, supporting role at a growing company with the highest standards for professional growth, team development + Client success. This role will be crucial for supporting our performance marketing, content, and technical teams at Br8kthru—and has tremendous opportunity for upward mobility as we work to become the best marketing + technology firm in the midwest.

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of relevant design and content creation experience, demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality work to spec and on time, and possess a solid understanding of digital marketing for a variety of Clients (eCommerce, B2B lead gen, DTC, etc.). 

Responsibilities

  • Create + manipulate visual assets through Adobe Creative Suite apps such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Format visual + proof files, collect for output for web (and some print) and other processes
  • Assist content, performance marketing, and technical teams with producing assets and other collateral for paid media, websites, social media, marketing materials, and ad hoc design requests
  • Assess project specifics and create final deliverables that adhere to those requirements and meets timelines set by the Project or Account Manager
  • Follow company + client brand guidelines to ensure messaging is consistent with company guidelines/value/mission. 
  • Develop and promote client brands, services, or products through the various digital content
  • Use various content management systems to manage and edit websites
  • Write, review, edit and publish content as well as edit and revise content produced by other team members

Work Environment

Br8kthru provides a flexible work environment to help facilitate efficiency and team collaboration. This includes:

Working remotely up to one (1) day per week
